Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking graduates for its Accelerated Development Program in Engineering. You will participate in rotations across locations to build a solid engineering foundation in modeling, simulation, value engineering, product management and testing, with on-site and hybrid options based on business needs.

The three rotations include product line assignment, cross-functional experience, and a project-based development track, with relocation support for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar Engineering degree; degree completed before program start; GPA 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples (e.g., school club officer, team captain, resident advisor, or lead on work projects).
• Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
• Able to view problems as opportunities and adapt quickly to changing business circumstances.
• Eager to learn and grow by seeking new information, skills and experiences.
• Works well with others to coordinate efforts and deliver results in a positive environment.
• Owns and collaborates with teams to execute complex projects.
• Proficient at diving deep into assignments to understand engineering and core concepts.
• Remain geographically flexible during and after the program.
• US citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide rotations and experiences across locations to build diverse engineering skills.
• Develop foundation in Modeling & Simulation, Value Engineering, Product Management, Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development.
• Rotations include on-site and hybrid expectations; locations determined by business needs.
• Three rotations: Product line assignment (12 months), Cross-functional experience (6 months), Project-based assignment (12 months).
• Relocation assistance provided for moves >= 50 miles.
