Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking graduates for its Accelerated Development Program (ADP). Participants rotate across locations to gain diverse operations experience, leadership exposure, and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop lean skills, production planning, and problem-solving abilities while building a foundation for a successful career at Trane Technologies. On-site rotations and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in any Engineering discipline, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with a GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership: e.g., club officer, team captain, resident advisor, or equivalent.
• Internship or at least six months of related work experience.
• Willing to relocate and be geographically flexible for rotations and future roles.

Responsibilities

• OpEx: focus on continuous improvement, value stream mapping, and lean manufacturing.
• Materials: production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics.
• Quality: process capability, supplier quality, and data-driven COPQ analysis.
• Plant leadership/supervision: experience managing operations, ergonomics, safety, and productivity on the manufacturing floor.
