ADP participants gain hands-on experience in lean production, planning, quality engineering and safety, with opportunities in SIOP and supervision. Rotations are in U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills: examples from school or work.
• Work experience: one internship or six months related work.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions.
• Willing to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence (OpEx): Focus on continuous improvement, value stream mapping, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Materials: Focus on production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics.
• Quality: Focus on process capability, supplier quality, and data-driven root cause analysis to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Plant Leadership/ Supervision: Direct supervisor experience managing operations, ergonomics, safety, and productivity on the manufacturing floor.
