Motorola Solutions is transforming critical business functions with leading-edge technology. We seek an exceptional IT Lead - Supply Chain with proven experience in leading solution architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives.

In this role you will oversee acquisition integration architecture, business process design, and underlying systems and technology frameworks. You will drive cross-workstream delivery and guide cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years designing Oracle ERP and cloud apps.
• Experience leading Oracle ERP and CRM integration projects.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent executive-level communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide architectural leadership across portfolios, programs, and functional domains.
• Design integration playbooks for M&A scenarios and cross-enterprise deployments.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external partners in Agile delivery.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, blueprints, and governance for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage integration priorities.
