Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to direct the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives. You will oversee ERP and CRM integrations, drive cross-workstream delivery, and lead internal teams with external partners in a hybrid ERP environment.

The role requires Oracle ERP expertise, Salesforce integration experience, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows (Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D).
• Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce; knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven delivery of complex tech initiatives in Agile environments.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to solving systemic challenges.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership, organization, and long-term execution.

Responsabilités

• Provide architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Design templates and procedures mapping business processes to projects and acquisitions.
• Create standard playbooks for IT-wide M&A integrations.
• Build strategic roadmaps with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in Agile delivery.
• Establish governance and standards for enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with partners, PMs, onsite/offshore teams, and vendors.
• Evaluate trade-offs for scalable, hybrid ERP solutions.
• Facilitate design sessions translating business logic into specs.
