Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to drive the solution architecture for complex transformation initiatives, including acquisition integrations, ERP and CRM platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams and ensure architecture aligns with business goals.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP knowledge, Salesforce integration experience, and a proven track record delivering agile technology programs in a global, matrixed environment. Eligible for remote or US-wide placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years designing and implementing Oracle EBS and cloud apps.
• Experience delivering complex tech initiatives within Agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem solving with data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide architectural leadership across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Develop templates to map business processes for projects and acquisitions.
• Create integration playbooks for M&A and cross-enterprise deployments.
• Build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams including partners and vendors.
• Facilitate architecture reviews with executives and business stakeholders.
• Ensure scalable, durable ERP solutions in hybrid environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
