Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to guide architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and partner with internal and external stakeholders to merge acquisitions into the enterprise ecosystem, including ERP and CRM platforms.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, standardization, and governance, with a focus on Oracle ERP and Salesforce integrations in a hybrid ERP environment.

Qualifications

• Deep Oracle ERP expertise including Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D workflows.
• Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven Agile delivery of complex technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction across portfolios, programs and domains.
• Design processes and templates to map business processes to projects.
• Create playbooks for M&A integrations and cross-enterprise deployments.
• Build roadmaps with business and IT leads and deliver multi-phase plans.
• Align stakeholders and manage integration priorities with execs.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants using Agile delivery.
• Establish architecture governance and evaluate tools and standards.
• Collaborate with application teams, managers, onsite/offshore partners and vendors.
• Evaluate short- and long-term trade-offs for scalable ERP solutions.
• Facilitate design sessions translating business logic into technical specs.
