Job summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to spearhead solution architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives. You will guide cross-workstream efforts, merging acquisitions into the enterprise ecosystem including ERP and CRM platforms, while leading internal IT teams and external partners in an Agile environment.
The role requires Oracle ERP expertise, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years designing and implementing Oracle e-business suite and cloud apps.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows (Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D).
- Proven experience integrating ERP with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Demonstrated Agile delivery of complex technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical and business architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and domains.
- Develop templates to map business processes to projects and acquisitions.
- Create standardized playbooks for M&A integrations and deployments.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions in a hybrid ERP environment.
- Facilitate architecture reviews with executives and stakeholders.
