Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to drive architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives across Oracle ERP and CRM integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop scalable playbooks, and align business and IT stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions in a global, Agile environment. The role offers a strong impact on enterprise processes and requires deep ERP and cloud integration expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years designing and implementing Oracle ERP and cloud apps.
• Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Provide overall technical and business architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Framework & Process Design: Develop templates to map processes against projects and integrations.
• Integration Playbooks: Create standardized playbooks for M&A integrations and deployments.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps with business partners.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Manage priorities and lead architecture reviews with executives.
• Team & Delivery Management: Lead cross-functional IT teams and external partners in Agile delivery.
• Architecture Governance: Establish and evaluate enterprise architecture standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs with teams.
