Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an IT Lead - Supply Chain to steer architecture, design, and delivery of complex ERP/CRM transformations. You will oversee cross-functional teams and drive integration playbooks across ERP and cloud platforms.

The role requires Oracle ERP expertise, Salesforce integration experience, and a proven Agile leadership track record to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions in a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years designing Oracle e-business Suite and cloud apps.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP architecture and core business processes (Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D).
• Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Proven Agile delivery experience on complex technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership across portfolios, programs and domains.
• Design templates and procedures mapping business processes to projects.
• Create M&A integration playbooks and enterprise deployment plans.
• Build solution roadmaps with business and IT leads.
• Align priorities and facilitate reviews with executives and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants using Agile.
• Establish architecture governance and standards.
• Collaborate with application teams, program managers and partners.
• Evaluate trade-offs for scalable, hybrid ERP solutions.
• Lead design sessions translating business logic into specs.
