Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an IT Lead - Supply Chain to guide architecture, design, and delivery of transformation initiatives across ERP/CRM ecosystems. You will drive acquisition integrations and oversee complex programs, aligning business and IT with strategic roadmaps.

The role demands proven leadership in Oracle ERP and cloud integrations, strong stakeholder influence, and a hands-on, results-oriented mindset within an agile delivery model. Location flexible within the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years designing Oracle e‑Business Suite and Oracle Cloud applications.
Deep hands-on Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows like Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D.
Experience integrating ERP systems with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Responsibilities

Provide overall technical and business architectural direction across portfolios and programs.
Develop templates and procedures to map business processes to projects and acquisitions.
Create standardized playbooks for M&A integrations and cross-enterprise deployments.
Build solution blueprints and multi‑phase delivery roadmaps.
Align stakeholders and facilitate architecture reviews with executives and IT leaders.
Lead cross-functional IT teams and external partners using Agile methodologies.
Establish architecture standards and evaluate tools and platforms.
Collaborate with application teams and vendors to translate requirements into technical designs.
