Job summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to drive architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives. You will oversee acquisition integration architecture, map business processes to ERP/CRM ecosystems, and guide cross-functional teams through multi-phase delivery in a hybrid ERP environment.
The role requires deep Oracle ERP and Salesforce integration experience, strong Agile delivery skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders while delivering
Qualifications
- 10+ years designing Oracle e-business Suite and Oracle cloud applications.
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP with Salesforce; knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven track record delivering complex tech initiatives in Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership across portfolios, programs, and domains.
- Design templates and procedures to map business processes to projects and M&A.
- Create standardized playbooks for IT-wide M&A integrations and deployments.
- Build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps with business/IT leads.
- Align stakeholders and facilitate architecture/design reviews with executives.
- Lead cross-functional IT teams and external partners using Agile delivery.
