Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead – Supply Chain to drive the solution architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives. You will oversee acquisition integration architecture, business process design, and underpinning systems within our ERP and CRM landscape.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor internal staff and external partners, and guide agile delivery while aligning with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years designing and implementing Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud apps.
• Strong experience integrating ERP with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams across diverse skill sets.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall technical and business architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and functional domains.
• Develop standard templates and procedures to map business processes against new projects, acquired entities, and new product offerings.
• Author standardized playbooks adopted IT-wide to streamline merger and acquisition (M&A) integrations and cross-enterprise deployments.
• Apply a consultative approach to partner with business and IT workstream leads, building solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps.
• Proactively manage integration priorities and facilitate architecture and design reviews with executive, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional internal IT teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions using an Agile delivery model.
• Research, evaluate, and establish best-in-class software, tools, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Partner with application teams, program managers, onsite/offshore partners, QA teams, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Evaluate short- and long-term architectural trade-offs for complex business challenges and recommend scalable solutions.
