Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead - Supply Chain to drive architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams and external partners, overseeing acquisition integrations within ERP/CRM ecosystems.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, process design, and governance to enable scalable, hybrid ERP solutions while collaborating with executives and business partners.

Qualifications

• Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows including Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D.
• Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps.
• Delivery of complex tech initiatives in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose challenges and decide on data-driven solutions.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Organized and self-directed with strong documentation and delivery track record.
• Collaborative leadership across geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent verbal and written executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Design processes and templates to map business processes to projects.
• Create standardized M&A integration playbooks IT-wide.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with business and IT leads.
• Align stakeholders and lead architecture/design reviews.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants with Agile delivery.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Collaborate with application teams, managers, onsite/offshore partners, QA, vendors.
• Evaluate trade-offs for scalable, hybrid ERP solutions.
• Facilitate solution design sessions translating business logic to technical specs.
