Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead – Supply Chain to drive the solution architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives across ERP environments. Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications and Oracle cloud applications.
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Design standards and processes to map business needs to new projects and acquisitions.
• Create standardized playbooks for M&A integrations and cross-enterprise deployments.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and conduct integration analyses with business and IT leaders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external consultants in Agile delivery of solutions.
• Govern architecture standards and evaluate tools and practices.
• Collaborate with application teams, PMs, onsite/offshore partners, QA, and vendors.
• Assess short- and long-term architectural trade-offs for hybrid ERP environments.
• Facilitate design workshops translating business logic into technical specs.
