Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring an IT Lead – Supply Chain to steer the architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, define standards, and drive integration playbooks in a hybrid ERP environment.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a proven Agile mindset. Travel <25% and a path to strategic impact across global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows (Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D).
• Experience integrating Oracle ERP with Salesforce; familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across portfolios, programs and domains.
• Design standard templates to map business processes to projects and acquisitions.
• Create IT-wide playbooks to streamline M&A integrations and deployments.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with business and IT leads; execute multi-phase delivery.
• Facilitate architecture reviews with executives and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants in Agile delivery.
• Evaluate and establish enterprise architecture standards and tools.
• Collaborate with application teams, program managers, QA, and vendors to translate requirements into designs.
• Assess short- and long-term trade-offs for scalable, hybrid ERP solutions.
• Lead design workshops translating business logic into technical specs.
