Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving growth. You will engage with executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

You will supervise end-to-end implementations of platforms such as Aera or Palantir, translate business requirements, and ensure data readiness.

Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years of experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years of implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or perform analysis.
• Experience with end-to-end lifecycle of a decision intelligence platform: requirements, design, go-live and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms, including estimation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain decision intelligence projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data integrity for decision tools.
• Guide stakeholders and teams on implementation across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials for user adoption.
• Lead training strategy and ensure successful user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support to sustain performance and value realization.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure delivery excellence.
