Job summary

You will drive end-to-end implementations of platforms like Aera and Palantir, manage requirements, and coordinate with executive stakeholders to optimize supply chains and enable growth.

You will oversee data migration, process redesign, and testing, while guiding teams on documentation, training, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree plus four years.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements, system design, and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes.
