EY is recruiting a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead and deliver transformative decision intelligence projects for clients nationwide. You will guide executive stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive growth through strong program governance and data-driven insights.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end implementations of platforms like Aera and Palantir, coordinate with ERP systems, and shape practice development while ensuring excellent client outcomes and inclusive

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience, or 4 years with a graduate degree.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Decision Intelligence implementations, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics management.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support and safeguard value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure delivery excellence.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement.
• Support practice leadership with proposals, budgets, and workplans.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
