Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients across the United States. You will guide end-to-end implementations of platforms like Aera and Palantir, drive process optimization, data migration, and client-facing governance.

The role involves partnering with executives, managing budgets, and contributing to practice development and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Five years of related work experience or a graduate degree with four years of experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two–three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• ERP experience with SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc. to manage supply chain processes or analytics.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations, including estimation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Document business requirements and translate them into system design and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness for decision intelligence tools.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics management.
• Configure applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement efforts.
• Provide post go-live support for sustained performance.
