Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence solutions that optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic growth. You will engage with executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities, while guiding end-to-end implementations of platforms such as Aera and Palantir.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of related work experience (or four years with a graduate degree).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or analyze supply chain data.
• At least one recent full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.
• Experience across multiple industries (CPG, Healthcare, Life Sciences, etc.).
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of decision intelligence platforms (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration from a supply chain perspective.
• Guide users and developers on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Create project documentation and training materials for adoption.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Provide post-go-live support and optimize value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets; ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead teams through design, prototyping, testing, training, and support processes.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement.
• Support business development with proposals and work plans.
• Travel as needed.
