Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years.
• Deep experience in supply chain analytics, or decision intelligence.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics (Aera/Palantir).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data readiness for BI tools.
• Guide stakeholders and development teams across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications, lead testing, and develop supporting docs.
• Lead training, enablement, and change management.
• Provide post go-live support and drive value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets with client satisfaction in mind.
• Contribute to program governance, proposals, and work plans.
