EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will optimize supply chain performance, engage executive stakeholders, and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

You will manage end-to-end implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir), translate business requirements, and drive process optimization across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of related work experience, or graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for clients, estimating, initiating, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities with data integrity and readiness for decision intelligence tools.
• Guide users and development teams on implementation across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
