Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, helping optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic growth. You will work with executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development.

You will guide end-to-end implementations of platforms such as Aera or Palantir, collaborate across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics, mentor teams, and travel up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence.
• Experience implementing decision intelligence platforms (Aera, Palantir).
• ERP experience with SAP S4HANA or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for clients.
• Capture and translate business requirements for projects.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration activities with data integrity focus.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Develop project documentation and testing scripts.
