EY in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving strategic growth.

You will manage end-to-end implementations (Aera, Palantir), coordinate with executive stakeholders, and shape governance, change enablement, and business development activities. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience; or 4 years with a graduate degree.
• Deep experience in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) in SCM.
• Recent full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.
• Able to work in person at EY offices or client locations up to 50%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain DI projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data readiness for DI tools.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure client satisfaction.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support.
• Contribute to program governance and business development activities.
