EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving strategic growth. You will engage executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

You will guide end-to-end implementations (Aera, Palantir), translate business requirements, oversee data migration, configure applications, and lead training and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; five years of related work experience (or four years with a graduate degree).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir) including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements, system design, and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities ensuring data integrity for decision intelligence tools.
• Guide users and development teams on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation, training materials and change management resources.
