Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join the Accelerated Development Program (ADP). You will rotate through operations in multiple US locations, gaining hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, planning, and continuous improvement.

Throughout the program you will work with senior leaders, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and benefit from relocation support for moves of 50 miles or more. The base salary is $72,500 with comprehensive benefits starting on DAY ONE.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Business with Supply Chain GPA >= 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership skills: examples such as school club officer, team captain, resident advisor, etc.
• Work Experience: Internship or six months related work experience
• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new business circumstances
• Eagerly seek new information, skills, and experiences to grow your career
• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment
• Motivated to leverage learnings to contribute to Trane Technologies' growth
• Proficient in problem-solving, with ability to identify root causes of complex issues
• Willing to remain geographically flexible during/after program
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• OpEx: focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies
• Materials: production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics
• Quality: process capability, supplier quality, and data-driven COPQ reduction
• Plant Leadership/ Supervision: direct supervisor experience managing operations, ergonomics, safety, and productivity on the manufacturing floor
