Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States invites recent graduates to join its Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs), gaining hands-on experience across manufacturing plants in the U.S. Rotations include operations, lean manufacturing, planning, and quality engineering.

Participants develop leadership skills, participate in SIOP, and are exposed to senior leaders. Relocation is provided for moves of 50 miles or more, and a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Business with a Supply Chain emphasis and GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with examples (clubs, sports, or projects).
• At least one internship or six months related work experience.
• Views problems as opportunities and adapts quickly to change.
• Proactive learner who seeks new information and experiences.
• Collaborates effectively to deliver results in a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• OpEx-focused improvements and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Support production planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Contribute to process capability and data-driven problem solving to reduce COPQ.
• Assist plant leadership with supervision, ergonomics, safety, and productivity.
