Job summary

Trane Technologies in Greenville, SC is recruiting for its Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for recent graduates. You will rotate through operations in U.S.

manufacturing sites, gain hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, planning, quality, and leadership, and build a broad foundation for a manufacturing career with our company. The program emphasizes continuously improving processes, cross-functional collaboration, and developing future plant leaders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain
• Demonstrated leadership via school clubs, sports, or projects
• One degree-related internship or six months of related work experience
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and adapt to changing business needs
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence focus: lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, continuous improvement
• Materials focus: production planning, inventory optimization, logistics
• Quality focus: process capability, supplier quality, COPQ reduction
• Plant leadership: supervise operations, ergonomics, safety, and productivity on the shop floor
