Job summary

Trane Technologies is launching an Accelerated Development Program (ADP) in the United States for recent graduates. You will engage in rotations across multiple plants, gaining exposure to lean production, planning, safety, and quality while developing leadership skills.

ADP participants will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on OpEx, materials, and process improvements. Relocation support is provided for rotations >50 miles, with promising career growth and leadership

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Supply Chain GPA 3.0+
• Demonstrated leadership: clubs, captain, project lead
• Work experience: internship or 6 months related work
• Problem solving mindset to identify root causes
• Eager to learn new information, skills and experiences
• Collaborates effectively to deliver results
• Willing to relocate for rotations (≥50 miles)
