The position emphasizes go-to-market execution, demand generation, and program management to drive bookings, profitability, and market expansion. Remote-friendly with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, or technology distribution.
• Proven track record of building executive relationships and driving growth.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow and represent Arrow with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs across the channel.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and execution.
