Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding in Eastern Ohio and seeks a Supervisory LPN to complete open visits, supervise Home Health Aides on a 60‑day cycle, and administer pre-employment testing. This part‑time, expansion role offers a pay-per-visit structure with mileage reimbursement and no guaranteed hours.

You will travel across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties, building client base from the ground up with minimal initial hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Background check, skills test, and written nursing test completed.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Conduct pre-employment testing (skills and written tests).
