Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding its services into Eastern Ohio and seeking an LPN to supervise Home Health Aides across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. The role pays per completed visit or task, with specific rates for supervisory visits, open visits, tests, and mileage reimbursements.

This is a part-time, expansion-focused opportunity with no guaranteed weekly hours. Travel to clients’ homes is required, and the candidate must hold an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for work use.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and documentation for each client.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to Home Health Aides.
• Administer pre-employment testing (skills and written tests).
