Job summary

Haven Home Care is expanding its services into Eastern Ohio and is seeking an LPN for a supervisory role. The position is a part-time, flexible schedule focused on building a client base across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

You will complete open visits, conduct supervisory visits every 60 days, and perform pre-employment testing for aides. Compensation is per visit and per task, with mileage reimbursed. This is not a traditional hourly role.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing is required.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing is required.
• CPR certification is required or recommended.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare accurate and thorough documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: Conduct regular supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
