Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Supervising Case Manager for the borough’s Supervised Release Program (SRP) in Brooklyn, NY. The role oversees Case Managers, ensures fidelity to the program model, and coordinates with compliance teams to sustain high-quality services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of direct practice. It emphasizes supervisory duties, cross-team collaboration, and staff development in a non‑caseload setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years direct practice experience.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Masters degree and license in a mental health field valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically‑informed supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers weekly.
• Ensure fidelity to SRP program model and accurate data entry and reporting.
• Oversee staff training, policy adherence, and program compliance.
• Support de‑escalation efforts and client engagement as needed.
• Coordinate with SRP Court Reform Training Specialist and site leadership.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
