Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation seeks a Supervising Case Manager for the borough’s Supervised Release Program (SRP) in Staten Island, NY. This in-person role focuses on supervising Case Managers and ensuring fidelity to the program model while delivering quality service to participants.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a compensation range of $64,800–$76,700, plus comprehensive benefits and a robust professional development program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Masters degree and license in a mental health field valued but not required.
• Bilingual English-Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically-informed supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers weekly.
• Ensure staff complete program training and adhere to policies and data reporting.
• Oversee data entry, court reporting, and compliance obligations; assist with audits and policy implementation.
