Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation in Staten Island, NY seeks Case Managers for the Supervised Release Program (SRP). You will supervise participants, coordinate services, and ensure accurate court reporting while collaborating with judges, attorneys, and service providers.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree, trauma-informed practice, and bilingual ability preferred. The position involves in-person work in Staten Island with potential for cross-team collaboration and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years direct practice experience required.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants according to their assigned tier and level.
• Work with participants to identify and address barriers to compliance with supervision and court attendance.
• Coordinate referrals to services in the community to support stabilization and compliance.
• Maintain accurate data entry and timely case documentation.
• Co-facilitate pro-social and psycho-educational groups.
