Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation in Brooklyn, NY, seeks Case Managers for its Supervised Release Program (SRP). You will supervise participants, address barriers to compliance, and coordinate social services to support stabilization and court attendance.

Reporting to Supervising Case Managers, you will handle data entry, court reporting, and co-facilitate groups with clinicians. This is a full-time, in-person role in Kings County with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years direct practice experience required, or high school diploma with six years direct practice experience.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Forensic Psychology valued but not required.
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants according to their assigned tier and level.
• Identify and address barriers to compliance and court attendance for participants.
• Coordinate referrals to community-based services (substance use, mental health, housing, employment).
• Maintain accurate data entry and timely case documentation for court reporting.
• Co-facilitate pro-social and psycho-educational groups with SRP clinicians.
