Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation is hiring a Supervising Case Manager for Staten Island’s SRP. You will supervise Case Managers, ensure fidelity to the program, and support staff with training and data accuracy. This role emphasizes de-escalation, collaboration with compliance, and quality service delivery to participants.

Full-time, in-person at Staten Island, NY, with a compensation range of $64,800–$76,700 and benefits. Bachelor's degree required; bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• The role requires therapeutic or case management experience and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal settings is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically-informed supervisory support to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers.
• Ensure staff training, data entry accuracy, and timely court reporting.
• Collaborate with SRP leadership to implement policy and program improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Masters degree and license in a mental health field valued
