Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation in Staten Island, NY seeks a Resource Coordinator for the Supervised Release Program (SRP). The role provides supervision, case management, and social service connections to thousands of court-mandated participants each year.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Court Operations, you will orient participants, coordinate with Clinical staff, and prepare court updates. This full-time position requires evening and weekend work and offers a competitive hourly wage and

• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prosecutors, defense attorneys, and other court staff about participants’ compliance and program information.
• Review cases at arraignments and gather necessary information from participants released.
• Provide participants with immediate orientation pre- or post-arraignment as appropriate.
• Assist participants in court with connection to the Clinical Department when appropriate.
• Ensure participants released to pretrial supervision are scheduled for intake with Clinical staff.
• Provide written and verbal updates to the court and other court staff, including compliance reporting.
• Assist with participant intakes and track cases across court rooms.
• Maintain participant information in electronic databases and hard files.
