Job Summary:

Supervises daily activities for the Laboratory Services Specialist (LSS) team; oversees the work of the LSS Team to ensure all responsibilities are covered and all policies and procedures are followed.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical lab setting. Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or Clinical Lab setting is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. An Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field is preferred.
