Shift: Shift 2
Supervises daily activities for the Laboratory Services Specialist (LSS) team; oversees the work of the LSS Team, ensuring all responsibilities are covered and policies and procedures are followed.
Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical lab setting. Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or Clinical Lab roles is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. An Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field is also preferred.
