LAZ Parking is seeking a Supervisor to oversee facilities during off-shift hours, greeting customers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere across three small parking garage locations in Santa Monica. The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, mentoring staff, meeting performance standards, and handling customer inquiries with urgency and care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• MUST have valid driver's license (min of 2yrs).
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assist in establishing performance standards.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Assist with periodic training as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Greet customers by name, respond timely to inquiries and resolve problems.
• Maintain garage and work areas with light maintenance across locations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
