Responsibilities

• Oversees staff adherence to rules, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards and updating procedures.
• Promotes premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Assists customers at designated location and via intercom system.
• Generates reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, or garage data as requested by management.
• Provides periodic training and resolves customer service issues.
• Greet customers by name and respond promptly to inquiries with care.
• Process monthly and debit payments and credit cards.
• Other duties as assigned by control room staff.
