Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation seeks a Supervising Case Manager for Brooklyn's Supervised Release Program (SRP). This in-person, full-time role supports Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to ensure fidelity to the program model and quality service for participants.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of practice, with preferred experience in pretrial/criminal justice settings; bilingual English–Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years direct practice experience (e.g., therapeutic or case management) required.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred;
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not required;
• Masters degree and license in a mental health field valued but not required;
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and monitoring of team’s compliance with program requirements and court reporting obligations.
• Oversee routine and accurate documentation for best practices and reporting.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure data entry and reporting timeliness.
• Convene Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to address deviations from the program model.
• Provide weekly clinically-informed supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers.
