Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for Staten Island's Supervised Release Program (SRP). You will supervise participants, coordinate services, and ensure court reporting accuracy in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team in Staten Island, NY.

Full‑time in‑person position with weekend/evening hours as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and two years of direct practice are required; bilingual English-Spanish preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years direct practice experience required.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system strongly preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in trauma-informed and strength-based approaches strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with ability to work with judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, court staff, and site partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants according to their assigned tier and level; complete check-ins.
• Proactively communicate and reinforce program expectations with participants.
• Identify barriers to compliance and coordinate resources to support supervision and court attendance.
• Coordinate referrals to services such as substance use treatment, mental health, housing, education, and employment.
• Maintain accurate data entry and case documentation, and submit timely reports to court.
