Job summary

The Center for Justice Innovation is hiring for a Case Manager for the Supervised Release Program (SRP) in Brooklyn. You will supervise SRP participants, coordinate with court stakeholders, and provide data-driven case management and reporting to support program adherence and positive outcomes.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, the role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with experience in the criminal legal system; bilingual English-Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have detailed-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal systems preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants according to assigned tier/level.
• Coordinate with participants, court stakeholders, and community service providers to address barriers to compliance.
• Deliver data-driven case management and timely court reporting on participant progress.
• Co-facilitate pro-social and psycho-educational groups for SRP participants.
• Maintain professional relationships with court staff, judges, and attorneys.
• Communicate across teams to identify successes and opportunities for program improvement.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and events as needed.
