The role requires strong leadership, plan interpretation skills, and solid knowledge of civil construction; proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in site development or heavy civil construction.
• Minimum 3 years supervising as Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and construction documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, teams, and materials.
• Review and interpret plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Maintain daily reports, timelines, and material records.
• Develop capataces and field crews for productivity.
• Communicate progress with Project Managers.
• Identify risks and apply corrective actions.
• Manage inspections and regulatory/documentation requirements.
