Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise field crews on large site projects in Georgia. You will oversee drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer installations, ensuring work conforms to plans and safety standards.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of underground utility experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read plans and drawings. OSHA certifications are preferred, CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utilities installation experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and grade stakes.
• Experience with drainage, water, and sewer installations.
• Capable of working in physically demanding environments.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field crew activities on site.
• Oversee installation of drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily reports and up-to-date site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist in training and mentoring crew members.
