Job summary

Jobot in Orlando is seeking an experienced construction leader to drive multifamily wrap-style projects with parking structures and amenity decks. You will coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety on high-profile developments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• Experience leading wrap-style multifamily projects with garages and amenity decks.
• Strong knowledge of Florida construction processes, inspections, and permitting.
• Experience managing subcontractors, field staff, schedules, and site operations.
• Full construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts, closeout.
• Ability to anticipate issues and prevent delays.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software.
• Coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production scheduling.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, logistics, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead wrap-style mixed-use or multifamily projects with parking structures and amenity decks.
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, schedules and daily site operations.
• Ensure compliance with Florida permitting, inspections and safety requirements.
• Oversee walkthroughs, punchouts, and final closeout.
• Coordinate inspections, safety, and production scheduling.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks to prevent delays.
• Utilize Procore or similar software for project controls and reporting.
• Lead with strong communication and problem-solving to keep teams aligned.
